Costas
was born on the island of Cyprus; at an early age his family
moved to Britain were the family started a variety of successful
restaurants.
One of their restaurants in 2001 won the coveted National Best
Pasta Restaurant in the country as voted for by the Pasta and
Pizza Association of the U.K., as well as Best Italian restaurant
in the South West and Best Restaurant in Plymouth 2002.
